{"id":3909,"date":"2024-03-01T09:54:56","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T13:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tocadetoradio.com\/?p=3909"},"modified":"2024-03-01T09:54:56","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T13:54:56","slug":"linea-de-ayuda-cuida-tu-salud-mental-ha-recibido-540-llamadas-en-lo-que-va-de-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tocadetoradio.do\/?p=3909","title":{"rendered":"L\u00ednea de ayuda &#8220;Cuida tu salud mental&#8221; ha recibido 540 llamadas en lo que va de 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 63 % de los usuarios report\u00f3 ansiedad, siendo en su mayor\u00eda j\u00f3venes entre 21 y 38 a\u00f1os de edad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las primeras seis semanas de este 2024, el&nbsp;<strong>centro<\/strong>&nbsp;de contacto &#8220;<strong>Cuida tu<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>salud mental<\/strong>&#8221; del Ministerio de&nbsp;<strong>Salud P\u00fablica<\/strong>&nbsp;recibi\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>540<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>llamadas<\/strong>&nbsp;al n\u00famero gratuito&nbsp;<strong>809-200-1400&nbsp;<\/strong>de personas entre los 10 y 71 a\u00f1os que buscaban asistencia psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el inicio de sus operaciones en marzo de 2023, la l\u00ednea ha brindado ayuda a&nbsp;<strong>7,241 personas<\/strong>, siendo la&nbsp;<strong>ansiedad<\/strong>&nbsp;el principal motivo de llamada en el 63 % de las veces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 47 % de los solicitantes manifest\u00f3 sentir\u00a0<strong>tristeza<\/strong>; 42 %\u00a0<strong>angustia<\/strong>\u00a0y el 37 % presenta problemas de insonmio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En sentido general, el 11 % de las&nbsp;<strong>llamadas<\/strong>&nbsp;report\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>agotamiento mental<\/strong>&nbsp;y otro 11 % sensaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>vac\u00edo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 63 % de los usuarios son de&nbsp;<strong>g\u00e9nero femenino<\/strong>&nbsp;y el 37 % masculino.
